Sometimes, the day after a gig, I share the previous night’s playlist. It’s nothing more than a list of what songs I played, and in what order (except for 9/19/15– I live-blogged that one because it was such a wild ride), but I hope the lists will help prospective clients get a sense of the type of music I typically play. None of these were created before the event– I never go into any event with a pre-set playlist. I select songs as I go, and while a song plays, I observe the dance floor and decide what to play next. What you see below are the results of those observations.
