I have two wonderful sons, Giacomo and Carmine, who both attend Valor, a fantastic charter school that I’m lucky is near my home. One of the unexpected aspects of having school-age children is that their school turns to me to DJ school parties and events. Yesterday was one such occasion, when I DJ’ed the school’s Fall Fest party.
Valor is a K-12 school, so I was playing to children aged 5 to 18, as well as to their parents. That made for a fun and diverse mix of music, as you can see below.
