I can’t count the number of times I’ve DJ’ed in The Brazilian Room at Berkeley’s Tilden Park, but I never fail to be awestruck by the view each time I arrive. Yesterday was no exception, as the wedding took place on a crystal clear day, on which one could see for miles.
The wedding was great, and the guests were enthusiastic dancers. The only downside is that one of the guests hit my van when he left the wedding! I know exactly which car it was, too, a small bright blue sports car. I saw it parked at an odd angle next to my van when I went out to put something away during the event, and then at the end of the night, the blue car was gone, but there was a dent and streaks of bright blue paint along the back side of my van. Oh well. These things happen.
